Name:
Providence Rock
Description:

Michael Keats wrote, "A little higher up there is a very large almost cubic rock cleaved from the main top pagoda with a cave hollowed out under its northern side. This is where we sheltered from the wind and rain previously to have lunch. Today while we had lunch it provided protection from the sun and a cool breeze. I have called this rock Providence Rock". Located above Capertee Creek 2.7km south west of Newnes. Named by Michael Keats on a Bush Club walk, 1st November 2013. Elevation of 926m.
